Shipping Terms &Incoterms
- We ship orders under FOB Dubai and CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) terms.
- Buyers may also use their own freight forwarder or courier account upon request.
- All shipping arrangements are confirmed before final order placement.
Order Processing Time
- Stock Orders: Processed and ready for shipment within 5–7 business days.
- Bulk / Custom Orders: Lead time depends on product category, quantity, and supplier agreement.
- Buyers will be informed of estimated delivery schedules at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping Methods
- Air Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): For small or urgent shipments.
- Air Freight: For medium-size wholesale orders.
- Sea Freight: For large bulk orders.
We will recommend the most cost-efficient method based on your order size and urgency.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
- All import duties, customs clearance charges, and local taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
- ABS Global provides all necessary documentation to support smooth customs clearance.
Shipping Insurance
- CIF Shipments include insurance coverage.
- For FOB Shipments, buyers are responsible for arranging insurance if required.
- ABS Global is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused during transit unless otherwise agreed.
Tracking & Updates
- All shipments include tracking numbers and regular status updates.
- Buyers will receive shipping details by email and WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched.
