Return Policy

ABS Global Return Policy

At ABS Global Corporation, we aim to simplify sourcing by ensuring transparency in every order. Our Return Policy is designed for wholesale buyers, distributors, and retailers who source through our platform.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Products must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging/cartons.
  • Returns are only accepted in full cartons or bulk lots (no single pair/item returns).
  • All returns require pre-approval (RMA -Return Merchandise Authorization).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or private-label products.
  • Clearance or promotional items.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or repackaging.
  • Minor natural variations in leather/fabric (these are part of the material’s authenticity, not defects).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • If ABS Global or supplier error is confirmed, return freight may be reimbursed.

Exchange Policy

ABS Global Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided as a service to wholesale buyers in cases where product quality or manufacturing defects are reported.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Photo or video evidence required before approval.
  • Products must remain unused and in original packaging.

Exchange Terms

  • Exchanges are available only for defective goods, not for buyer preference or size/color changes.
  • Replacement units are shipped with the buyer’s next order, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Exchange freight is covered by ABS Global only if the defect is confirmed.

Process

  1. Submit an exchange request with invoice number, photos/videos, and description of defect.
  2. Our quality team will verify the claim.
  3. Replacement or credit note is issued after approval.
